Who am I, & what do I stand for?
Greetings! My name is Muhammad Baddour. I grew up all over the world, but I am fortunate and proud to call Austin, Texas home; but who am I? I am a gym junkie, and a science nerd. I love reading, learning, traveling, and living life to the fullest with my beautiful family and friends! I also love building meaningful relationships with my clients and all the other impactful people in my life.
As a fitness professional, and personal trainer, my passion has always been the human body and unlocking its full potential through movement. I attended Texas State University where I learned to hone my skills and furthered my education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
Since my teen years, I have been active in sports. When I suffered through my own injuries, I knew I wanted to help people rehabilitate themselves in order to enhance their quality of life, eliminate pain, get stronger, and move better. My life experiences have taught me so much about myself and I am extremely grateful that they have shaped me into the individual I am today.
